3家企业抄袭德国客车设计被判赔2116万
苏盐城中威客车公司(简称中威客车公司)等3家中国公司生产销售的大客车“抄袭”了自家客车的外观设计，德国尼欧普兰汽车公司将其告上法院，索赔4000余万。
